- સાવ સાદા અને સરળ માનવી
- મેટ્રીકમાં ખેડા જીલ્લ્લામાં પ્રથમ નમ્બરે આવ્યા હતા, પણ ફી ભરવાના નાણાંના અભાવે કોલેજમાં જોડાઈ ન શક્યા. વીક્ટોરીયા ગાર્ડનમાં આ માટે ચોધાર આંસુએ રડેલા અને પોતાના બાળકોને કોઈ સંજોગોમાં આવી અસહાયતામાં પડવા ન દેવાનો સંકલ્પ કરેલો.
- પેટા પાટા બાંધીને પણ પોતાના પાંચે સંતાનોને ભણાવ્યા હતા.
- જીવનના મધ્ય ભાગમાં જ્ઞાતીમાં ઘર કરી બેઠેલ મૃત્યુ પાછળ થતા પ્રેતભોજનો બંધ કરાવવા, સજાગ જ્ઞાતીબંધુઓ સાથે પીકેટીંગ કરવાનું દુશ્કર કામ કરતા હતા અને માર પણ ખાધેલો.
- જ્ઞાતીમાં ભણતરનો પ્રસાર થાય તે માટે એજ્યુકેશન સોસાયટીની સ્થાપનામાં સક્રીય ફાળો આપેલો. જીવનભર તેના સક્રીય કાર્યકર રહેલા.
- 1942 - રેલ્વેની નોકરીમાં કોઈ વાયરલેસનું ભણતું ન હતું, ત્યારે 40 વર્શની ઉમ્મરે તે ભણવા દીલ્હી ગયા હતા અને પ્રથમ નંબરે ઉત્તીર્ણ થયા હતા. ત્યાર બાદ મહીને 75 રુ.માંથી સીધો 120 રુ. પગાર થયેલો.
- 1957 - વાયરલેસ ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર તરીકે નીવૃત્ત
- સમગ્ર જીવન ધર્મ પરાયણ હોવા છતાં, સંપ્રદાયોની મોહજાળ અને અંધ શ્રદ્ધાથી દુર રહ્યા હતા.
- શ્રી. અરવીંદ ઘોશની ફીકસુફીમાં બહુ જ વીશ્વાસ ધરાવતા હતા અને આખા કુટુમ્બને બે વખત પોંડીચેરી લઈ ગયા હતા.
- પોતાની સ્થીતી સામાન્ય હોવા છતાં ઘરમાં 1000 પુસ્તકોથી સભર પુસ્તકાલય રાખ્યું હતું અને ત્રણ પુસ્તકાલયોનું સભ્યપદ ધરાવતા હતા, જેથી બાળકો પુસ્તકો વાંચતાં થાય.

I am short of words to express my feelings towards Dada-Baa.
As I know of Dada – A natural Leader!! Straight-forward person. People looked up to him for his ability to solve problems. He was well-known for telling truth the way it is.

Staunch opponent of Pretbhojan, Sampraday and Andhshradha, he left highly educated children, though he was not much educated. What a love towards children and education! Koti Koti Wandan aap na pujy pitashri ne.

સંતાનના જીવનને ઉજાળવામાં માતા-પિતાનો અનોખો ફાળો હોય છે. આપણે કેવી રીતે તેમનું ઋણ ફેડી શકીએ? માતા-પિતાને હૃદયમાં પ્રેમ, શ્રદ્ધા અને અહોભાવ છલકાતાં રહે તે પ્રાર્થના.

Also the ideas on how to help the needy people in India with education and help them to help them selfs for a better life. It gives me a great pleasure to acknowledge your lifelong involvement in social and community work all over the India,Africa and U.S.A. It is nice to hear that you are doing a great job on the social and religious front.
I know of all the good work you have done for your family when your elder brother died in Zambia. You looked after all the children, educated them and settled them in U.S.A. It is a very responsible job but you have done nicely.
I know of all the good work you have done in Vesma,India, our Birthplace. You generously gave money to construct Balmandir,Prajapati Samaj Hall, School, Temples, Hospital and many more places.Your name is on every donations in Vesma. Keep the good work doing and the allmighty God will help. I hear that you are doing some very important social work in ohter parts of Gujarat.
You are a unique,hard working Doctor with full of love and compassion dedicated for the welfare of family and the Gujarat society all over the world. Sureshbhai, you are lucky to have the parents the like you had . I have recently known you thru your web sites and am much impressed the way you utilize your time of retirement in USA . You are the inspiration for many retired senior citizens like me who enjoyed a good career in India and find it difficult to pass their time after coming in USA to be with ther loved ones.
