’સ્વ’ માંથી બહાર આવવું બહુ મુશ્કેલ હોય છે. માણસ પોતાના કુટુમ્બને, નજીકનાં સગાં સંબંધીઓને કે મીત્રોને સુખી કરવા તો પ્રયત્ન કરતો જ હોય છે. પણ થોડા એવા વીરલા પણ જોવા મળે છે કે, જે પોતાના જીવનમાં પોતાના ફાળે આવેલ સુખ બીજાને વહેંચવાની અથવા પોતાની શક્તીઓ અન્યને માટે ખર્ચવાની વૃત્તી ધરાવતા થાય છે; અને પોતાનો યથાશક્તી ફાળો આ માટે સમર્પે છે. માત્ર પોતાના કુટુમ્બ, સગાં સંબંધી કે મીત્રમંડળમાં જ સુખની વહેંચણી આવા માણસો માટે પર્યાપ્ત હોતી નથી.
પોતાના ગામ, જ્ઞાતી કે સમાજ માટે નીસ્વાર્થ ભાવે સેવા કરી હોય, તેવી વીશીશ્ઠ વ્યક્તીઓનાં જીવનને ઉજાગર કરવાનો અને વીશ્વ ગુર્જરી સમક્ષ રજુ કરવાનો આ સન્નીશ્ઠ અને નમ્ર પ્રયાસ છે.
મારાં સમગ્ર અસ્તીત્વ અને ઘડતર માટે હું જેમના ચરણકમળનો દાસ છું તેવા, મારા પરમ પુજ્ય પીતાશ્રી સ્વ. ભીખાભાઈ મગનલાલ જાની અને મારાં માતા સ્વ. શારદાબેન ની જીવનઝાંખી રજુ કરીને આ વેબ સાઈટની શરુઆત કરું છું; અને આ બ્લોગ તેમને અર્પણ કરું છું.
સૌને નીમંત્રણ છે – આવી સન્નીશ્ઠ અને મુઠ્ઠી ઉંચેરી વ્યક્તીઓને લગતી માહીતી મને પ્રાપ્ત કરવાની. મારી અન્ય પ્રવૃત્તીઓને કારણે હું જાતે ટાઈપ કરી શકું તેમ નથી. આથી આવી માહીતી મોકલવા ઈચ્છતા સર્વે મીત્રોને વીનંતી છે કે , અહીં આપેલ જીવનઝાંખીઓના બીબામાં યુનીકોડ શ્રુતી ફોન્ટમાં, ઉંઝા જોડણીમાં અને એમ.એસ. વર્ડ ફાઈલમાં બનાવીને મને મોકલી આપે. બની શકે તો તે વ્યક્તીનો જે.પી.જી. ફોર્મેટમાં ફોટો પણ મોકલશો તો આભારી થઈશ.

અભીનન્દન દાદા! ઘણી વાર આમ જ મુઠી ઉંચેરા માનવીઓ ઘણાંની નજરમાંથી પસાર થયા હોય છે અને એમને પ્રતીષ્ઠાની પડી નથી હોતી. આ માધ્યમથી ઘણાં બધાંને પ્રેરણ મળવા સંભવ છે.

Please accept my congratulations for this website. I hope your site brings the lives of people who rose to significant heights by their character, dedication, hard work, creativity and innovation. Or whose lives revealed an unusual wisdom or problem solving skill not common in all individuals. Such true stories will be inspiring to all readers and would make a good reading material for younger generations. Is their a possibility to have English translation for kids who can not read Gujarati script ? I was thinking of younger generation and their ability to be inspired by these stories.
